Job Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for prospective employee recruitment in positions serving all areas of the organization. Partnering with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring Top Talent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : -- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. -- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple locations. -- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers. -- Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. -- Develop strong relationships and work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. -- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. -- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. -- Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. -- Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. -- Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -- Excellent organizational and time management skills. -- Highly flexible and adaptable. -- Ability to self-motivate, adapt, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. -- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. -- A sense of urgency, ambition and passion for impacting how we grow our organization and culture. -- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. -- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. -- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and talent management systems. -- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. -- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. -- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. -- Proficiency with EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. -- A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience preferred. -- Certified Recruiting Specialist certification beneficial.
