License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required Certifications:
BLS and ACLS required; NIH preferred Must-Have: Cardiac self-rating
of 3 or above Basic dysrhythmia training self-rating of 3 or above
Experience with EPIC charting Description: This position involves
working in a general med-surg unit. The shift is days, working 3
shifts of 12 hours each. The patient ratios are typically 1:5, with
a chance for 1:6-7. Weekend coverage is required, with three
weekend shifts per six weeks. No on-call duties are needed for this
position. Clinicians will float within their scope to meet facility
needs. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population.
Attention to mental health diagnoses is essential in this work. All
candidates must be aware of the attendance policy; missed scheduled
shifts count as unexcused. Two missed shifts result in a warning,
and three or more may lead to cancellation. COVID-19 vaccination is
not required, but the flu vaccine is mandatory. Candidates will be
required to commit to the specified hours and schedule provided. No
block scheduling accommodations are available. Missed shifts are
counted on a rolling calendar year basis. Candidates must comply
with all assigned training modules prior to the start date.
