And much more Position Overview: This role involves coordinating
comprehensive nursing care for patients, engaging in patient and
family education, advocating for patients, and collaborating with
both nursing and non-nursing departments. Evaluate patients'
conditions and nursing care requirements Establish goals and
recommend suitable nursing interventions to address patients'
physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs Create
personalized nursing care plans Execute care plans and adjust them
as necessary Assess patient care outcomes Work in partnership with
physicians and other hospital staff Administer medications,
treatments, and therapies Maintain communication with patients and
supervise care delivery Essential Qualifications: Associate's
Degree in Nursing, required Current KY RN state licensure or
compact licensure, required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire Equal
