This role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for
patients, engaging in education for patients and their families,
advocating for patient needs, and collaborating with various
departments within the hospital. Evaluate patients' conditions and
identify their nursing care requirements Establish goals and
determine suitable nursing interventions to address the physical,
psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients Create
personalized nursing care plans Execute care plans and adjust them
as necessary Assess the outcomes of patient care Work in
partnership with physicians and other healthcare staff Administer
medications, treatments, and therapies as required Maintain
communication with patients and oversee their care delivery
Essential Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing, mandatory
Current KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, mandatory
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
