with Cynet Health to find a qualified MICU RN in Fort Smith,
Arkansas, 72903! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN

Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Current licensure
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Critical care experience is
required. Passing a medication and math competency test before
assuming medication administration responsibilities is mandatory.
The exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of
commonly used drugs as well as math regarding correct dosages and
IV issues. The passing grade on this exam is 90% and may be retaken
one time. Failure to pass the retake may result in termination of
employment. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse
specializing in the Intensive Care Unit. The nurse will be
providing critical care to patients with serious health issues.
There is a patient ratio of 2:1 or 3:1. The unit features 32 beds.
Candidates should be upbeat and driven, as the unit operates in a
fast-paced environment. Dress code includes black scrubs and no
open-toe shoes. Experience working in a critical care setting is
essential. The nurse will be expected to float to stepdown and
