Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver exceptional patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the patients
assigned to you. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care alongside
various departments. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the
confidentiality of patient information are essential aspects of
this role. Your responsibilities will be carried out in alignment
with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Overview:
Incentives: A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is available for both Full-Time
and Part-Time RNs (0.6 FTE and above) with over a year of RN
experience! (No Contract Required!) Qualifications: Education: Must
have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s
Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment or a
compact license, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
Experience: Relevant nursing experience is required.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the
American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30
days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on
the specific position or unit, including but not limited to: ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma
Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology
Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Six Assessment & Care Modules) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor
Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as necessary
Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up
to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required during each
shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to
