worldwide. Position: Facilities Manager Focus Area: Operations We
are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to lead
the strategic oversight and hands-on execution of all facility
operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong
background in project management—particularly those with experience
in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or field operations
across sectors like manufacturing, homebuilding, hospital
construction, or public works. Reporting directly to the Operations
Manager, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring
the seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of all building
systems, utilities, and production environments. This includes
managing internal technicians and external contractors, overseeing
capital improvement projects, and driving continuous improvement in
facility performance. Essential Job Functions - Manage maintenance
technicians while driving a focus on safety, quality and
operational reliability of Roxtec facilities, utilities and
production equipment - Support the production team in scheduling
and managing critical production equipment maintenance, including
both planned and emergency maintenance - Schedule, supervise, and
verify work performed by subcontractors or trades on building
repair, facility and equipment maintenance - Coordinate or perform
periodic building & systems inspections with a high attention to
detail to identify necessary repairs and cleaning - Utilize
MaintMaster to track and schedule maintenance-related activities,
including key performance indicators (KPIs). - Negotiate agreements
with contractors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness
while maintaining operational reliability of the facility, systems
and equipment. - Coordinate and lead construction or renovation
projects as delegated by Management - Monitoring the safety and
cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including offices,
conference rooms, warehouse, shop, parking lots and outdoor space -
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all
maintenance activities and contractor work. - Prepare and interpret
reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, environmental and other
related activities - Other facility management or reporting duties
as required Requirements: Requirements - Personnel and project
management experience - Strong procurement and negotiation skills -
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements,
and safety precautions related to facilities maintenance -
Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills
- Knowledge of OSHA Safety and other environmental regulations -
Capable of making independent decisions and work with minimal
supervision - Good verbal and written communication skills -
Computer skills, MS Windows & Office Education and Experience -
Minimum 3 years in facilities management with supervisor
responsibility - Experience overseeing subcontractors and trades
for building repair and maintenance - High School Graduate or
equivalent Physical Requirements - Required to wear PPE as needed -
