for excellence and community impact. General Summary: The Inside
Sales Account Rep is responsible for managing and growing existing
customers while also developing new customer relationships. This
role focuses on building strong, partnerships through proactive
account management, consultative selling, contract negotiation, and
consistent follow-up. What You'll Do: Client Relationship
Management: Develops and maintains strong relationships with
existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and
ensuring high levels of client satisfaction; New Business
Development: Actively seeks out and acquires new clients,
leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills; Renew Existing
Enterprise Customers: Works thru assigned base of customers to
actively pursue contract renewals and upsell opportunities;
Contract Negotiations: Manages and negotiates contracts; Product
Expertise: Maintains a comprehensive understanding of our products
and services to effectively advise clients; Sales Strategy
Execution: Implements sales strategies to meet and exceed sales
targets; Collaboration with Sales Support: Works closely with the
sales support team to streamline the process of pricing, proposals,
and contracts. What You'll Bring: Knowledge of business sales
principles and practices; Skilled in Microsoft Office,
Salesforce/CRM, Adobe, application based programs; Strong written
communication and presentation skills; Strong negotiation and
communication skills; Strong organizational skills with ability to
prioritize multiple work assignments; Ability to pay close
attention to detail; Ability to multi-task and handle multiple
accounts seamlessly; Ability to travel for business requirements;
must possess a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving
record; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,
or a related field or relevant work experience; Proven experience
in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the
telecommunications or tech industry. Compensation & Benefits:
