Lead the partnership between Walmart and VIZIO as Director, Strategic Account Management – VIZIO Merchant Support. What youll do About the VIZIO Merchant Support Team: Our team operates at the intersection of merchandising, analytics, and supplier collaboration, supporting Walmart’s vision of delivering the best products at unbeatable prices. As a key leader, you’ll influence assortment planning, pricing, and inventory flow, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies that impact millions of customers and drive Walmart’s success. What You’ll Do: Coordinate with VIZIO and Walmart teams on assortment, pricing, and event planning. Prepare cost, volume, and MSRP proposals with market insights. Align budgets, features, and promotions with merchants. Oversee inventory flow, replenishment, and logistics. Lead internal teams to resolve operational challenges. Ensure alignment of product roadmaps to business need. What You’ll Bring: Experience in merchant support working in merchandising, merchandise execution, Walmart sales and negotiation or related field. Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Ability to drive process improvements and deliver business results. Experience managing complex negotiations and high-impact projects. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. Option 1: Bachelors degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 5 years experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area. Option 2: 7 years experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area. 3 years experience in a leadership role in the healthcare sector.
