Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARY: Multiskilled individual with primary
responsibility to maintain equipment in a proactive manner;
identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical
abnormalities on factory equipment. Perform all preventative
maintenance as scheduled to drive down performance losses and
increase equipment reliability. Build operator technical skills and
capability.In alignment with Act 593(B), this position is
considered safety sensitive as this employee responsible for
repairing and maintaining all machinery.PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Factory Equipment -
- Identify defects, execute maintenance plan and troubleshoot
equipment.
- Work in various areas of the plant including: Process areas,
Primary and secondary packaging equipment, Material handling and
storage equipment
- Work on mechanical system - Hydraulics, Pneumatics and
Mechanical Drive systems
- Understand Power distribution system (up to 480 volts)
- Basic Control systems knowledge - Basic PLC, Motor, sensor,
drives and Basic electrical circuits, Basic understanding of device
communication networks
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills to maintain,
optimize and improve production equipment reducing breakdowns, with
key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost.Maintain factory
standards - perform required work in line with factory systems such
as; SPC, QMS, Permit to work and other Nestle and Legal
requirements.

- Perform time entry and technical feedback on work performed to

- Improve / Create necessary task list
- Complete Planned Maintenance first time right and in a timeline
mannerBuild capability -
- Coach operator skills- adjustments / changeovers for new and
improvements in existing process. For example: new centerlines,
improved cleaning process, improved changeover process, etc
- Help building technical procedures
- Train other technical resources as needed
- Use of continuous improvement system such as TPM / Lean
- Use and execute maintenance systems and documents as
- Identify and create Work orders
- Perform time entry and technical feedback on work performed to
improve planned maintenance
- Improve / Create necessary task list

- REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:In addition to high
school graduation/GED, needs specialized training such as
apprenticeship in a trade or technical courses. Additional training
beyond high school graduation is required. Employee must support
