As a Production Associate, you’ll assist Line Operators, learn extrusion and printing processes, and follow safety and packaging procedures. What You’ll Do - Operate and maintain production lines. - Identify quality issues and reduce scrap. - Keep work areas clean and follow instructions. Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent. - Ability to lift 50 lbs, work 12-hour shifts (rotating days/nights), weekends, and holidays. - Wear PPE, climb stairs, and stand for long periods. - Basic computer knowledge.
