SMD Repair Technician Location: Tulsa, OK Contract Role Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $23–$30/hr (DOE) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Manual Soldering and Rework Technician to perform precision manual desoldering and soldering of surface-mount components (0805 size) on electronic assemblies. This is a repair-focused role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent soldering technique, and the ability to work independently. What You’ll Do Perform manual rework and repair of SMD components on PCBs Remove and replace 0805 components using hand soldering techniques Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring proper solder joints and functionality Work from repair tickets, schematics, and inspection notes Maintain documentation and keep accurate repair records Support quality and production teams to meet turnaround goals What We’re Looking For Proven experience with manual SMD soldering and desoldering (0805 required) Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands Ability to work under microscope/ magnification tools Familiarity with PCB handling and ESD-safe practices Comfortable working in a repair environment with tight tolerances
