Job Description Job Description Overview: Job Duties: Operate and set up laminating machines to bond materials such as paper, foil, and plastic Adjust machine settings including temperature, pressure, and adhesive levels Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished products to ensure quality and meet specifications Identify defects and make necessary adjustments Complete required production and quality paperwork Skills and Experience: Job Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a continuous manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and willingness to learn 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $15.50/hr 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM | $16.00/hr Benefits: Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
