Job Description Job Description Material Handler / Shipping & Inventory Control Associate Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Description HireCall is seeking a qualified Material Handler / Shipping & Inventory Control Associate for a valued Tulsa client. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting production operations within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory systems utilizing hand-held scanners, along with strong inventory control and cycle counting skills. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Utilize hand-held scanners and inventory management systems to track raw materials and finished goods Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies Shipping, Receiving & Production Support Receive and ship materials accurately and efficiently within a manufacturing environment Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of sheet metal materials and components Stage materials to support production schedules and workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Qualifications Experience Prior experience in shipping/receiving or material handling Manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience preferred Proven experience with inventory control processes and cycle counting Skills Hands-on experience using hand-held scanners and inventory systems (ERP/WMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move materials as required Other Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy Commitment to safety and quality standards What We Offer Competitive pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour (DOE) Stable Monday–Friday schedule Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Opportunity to work with a reputable Tulsa manufacturer How to Apply If you meet these requirements, please submit your resume to teresa.harmon@hirecall.com or call 918.933.5560 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
