Technical Service Job Description and Responsibilities Job Summary:--Responsible for ensuring customer equipment and material performance are meeting/exceeding set standards for food safety.Primary Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead contact to ensure equipment and materials supplied by CMS are meeting technical standards to drive value for customers including: Keeping customer and business informed of Category performance, floor conditions and parameters required to deliver effective bacterial control.Supplying weekly service and maintenance to accounts along with reports detailing pathogen performance, equipment settings, application levels and problem resolution.Delivering innovation and responding/resolving technical issues at customers.Tracking equipment replacement and supplying documentationExisting CustomersMaintenanceEnsures equipment and application are in good working condition and running within set parametersCalibrates probes, changes tubes monthly and replaces worn equipment as required.--DOCUMENTS REPLACEMENT PARTSReviews plant parameters on floor to ensure meeting target settings and documents - WEEKLY TECHNICAL SERVICE REPORT (customized for location)Reports Category 1 performance levels (whole bird and parts) and understands dates/timing on performance level changes.--Escalates positives to management when they occur.Contributes to business reviews with data, innovation and potential next level improvements.Problem SolvingIdentify and technically solve root cause action with sales to determine best course of actionResponsible to customer and CMS for satisfying issueDocument resolution in follow-up documentation--report to customer - WEEKLY TECHNICAL SERVICE REPORTKnow USDA and internal Category 1 status and key performance indicators for customer including target and actual settingsRegular Calling (physical presence with follow-up TECHNICAL SERVICE REPORTS to customer after each visit)Business ReviewsQuarterly for customers-- - presence with sales for reviews-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --i.----------Review Spend, Savings, Efficacy Data, Yield,-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --2.
