Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional support to employees and ensuring smooth HR operations within an organization? Join our dynamic team, where we are currently hiring for crucial roles within our HR Shared Service Support team.

Accurate data entry into systems for background checks, drug screenings, and other verification processes.

Conducting thorough screenings and obtaining additional information as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Exercising keen attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in HR procedures.

Demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, payroll, HR portals, and other HR-related matters.

Assisting pre-employees with compliance, paperwork, and start day details to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Handling multiple screens and systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate resolutions.

Demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on achieving one-call resolution for all inquiries.

Requirements for Positions:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address employee needs.

Proficiency in navigating various software applications and systems.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Prior experience in HR support roles or customer service is preferred but not required.
