Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Birth evening shift position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and recent specialty experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting - Evening shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM - Assignment duration is 13 weeks - Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns - Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be compensated during the assignment - Local candidates within 50 miles may be subject to different contract rules and pay - Local staff are restricted to three consecutive 13-week contracts before a separation period or reassignment is required - Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs - No Canadian SINs accepted /n /n Requirements/n - Active AR or compact RN license required at the time of consideration - Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Labor and Delivery - No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months - All required certifications must remain valid with no expirations within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal is scheduled - A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-652860.
