Job Description:

safe, high-quality patient care. The RN maintains professional
accountability for assigned patients, coordinates care with
interdisciplinary teams and upholds patient rights and
confidentiality. Position Details: Education: Required: - Graduate
of an accredited school of nursing (associate degree, Diploma, or
Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Preferred: - Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) Licensure Required: - Current Registered Nurse
license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing
duties are performed - Must meet all applicable state Board of
Nursing requirements - RN is personally responsible for maintaining
active licensure Preferred: - Previous clinical experience related
to the hiring unit Certifications Required: - Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or
ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Unit-Specific / May Be
Required: - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course
(ENPC) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse (CPHON) - Oncology Certified
Nurse (OCN) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Pediatric
Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) -
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
Emotional Support) - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) - Other
unit-specific certifications as required within departmental
timeframes Physical Requirements - Ability to push, pull, and/or
lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis - Ability to stand and walk
for extended periods during assigned shifts - Ability to grip,
reach, bend, kneel, twist, squat, and perform repetitive movements
