Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma state Physical
Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life
Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience
working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Experience with restorative nursing programs, mobility training,
fall prevention, and transfers preferred. Proficiency with
documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to
manage a caseload independently and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled
