and caregivers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site
position for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
located in Farmington, NM. The COTA will support licensed
occupational therapists in delivering therapeutic services to
pediatric clients. Responsibilities include assisting with
treatment sessions, documenting patient progress, developing and
executing individualized care plans, and collaborating with
families and caregivers to ensure success. This role emphasizes
active participation in rehabilitation and patient care in both
clinic and home-based settings. Qualifications Proficiency in
Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Hands-on
experience in Patient Care and implementing individualized care
plans Expertise in Program Development, including therapy exercises
and activities tailored to children Experience in Home Care to
support therapy programs in family settings Valid Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Strong communication
and interpersonal skills to effectively work with children,
families, and team members Commitment to professional growth and
evidence-based practices Previous experience in pediatric therapy
is a plus
