In this role, you'll handle the demands of a medical-surgical unit by managing patient care, monitoring conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with other medical staff. The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for nursing with exceptional clinical skills. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a MedSurg environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Monitor patient conditions continuously and adjust treatments as required. Administer medications accurately and safely. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage multiple patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high proficiency in patient documentation and reporting Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma BLS certification required ACLS preferred
