for our a team of dependable, experienced Pet Care Leads who help
guide our premier pet care team and provide the best service in pet

where you'll work directly with pets while also helping guide and

heart. What You'll Do: Lead by example to provide exceptional care
for pets staying in our luxury adventure lodge. Serve as a shift
lead and key holder, ensuring all daily routines, pet care, play
times, cleaning tasks, and enrichment activities are completed
accurately and on time. Guide and support the Pet Care Technicians,
reinforcing safety, handling, and service standards.Ensure all pets
receive proper feeding, hydration, medication, and enrichment
according to protocol. Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and
organized environment for pets and people. Communicate effectively
with management regarding shift updates, incidents, or supply
needs. Monitor animal behavior, document observations, and ensure a
fun, stress-free experience for every guest. Work evenings,
weekends, and holidays-no exceptions . Pets don't take days off,
and neither do we! Who We're Looking For: Dependable &
Professional: You show up on time, take initiative, and can be
trusted to lead when management isn't on-site. Experienced &
Skilled: You know how to handle dogs confidently and safely:
one-on-one and in a group-care setting. Organized &
Detail-Oriented: You notice what needs to be done and make sure it
happens. Team Leader: You build up others through communication,
accountability, and positivity. Committed to Excellence: You hold
yourself and others to high standards because pets and their
families deserve nothing less. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months of
professional pet care experience required; professional industry
certification or equivalent experience preferred with willingness
to pursue certification. Required: Some college, High School
diploma, or GED; Must be 18 years old or older. What You Need to
Know: Pet care can be unpredictable , loud, and physically
demanding, often requiring work outdoors or in changing weather.
Availability is Non-Negotiable: Evenings, weekends, and holidays
are required, especially during peak seasons. Part-Time
(approximately 20 - 25 Hours/Week) that may develop into a
full-time role: Flexible schedule. Pay: $12 to $15 per hour;
