BLS, NRP Must-Have Skills/Experience: Caring for level 3 NICU
infants, including: High Frequency vents, Conventional vents, CPAP,
NIMV, HFNC, Nitric, Whole body cooling, OG/NG/PO feedings, UAC,
UVC, PICC, PIV, Attending high risk deliveries, Attending all
cesarean section deliveries. Description: Position available for a
Registered Nurse specializing in NICU. The shift is from 18:45 to
07:15. Weekly hours are guaranteed at 36. The unit typically cares
for infants requiring various types of respiratory support and
monitoring. Patient ratios depend on acuity, commonly 3 feeders, 2
CPAP, 1 nitric, and 1 cooling. Experience in level 3 or 4 NICU is
required. Floating to mother-baby or pediatrics may occur, but is
unlikely due to high census. Preferred certification includes
STABLE certification. The work environment is dedicated to
