Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing
individualized patient care plans to enhance and improve overall
fine motor and sensory function. This role requires experience in a
private practice setting. Qualifications Proficiency in
Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration techniques Experience
in Pediatrics and Early Intervention Skills in working effectively
with children and their families Ability to create and implement
individualized therapy plans Strong communication, collaboration,
and interpersonal skills Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational
Therapist in Arkansas Experience in a pediatric or early childhood
setting is preferred Maintain accurate documentation of patient
care. Provide education to patients and their families regarding
treatment options, home programs, and discharge planning.
