Job Description:

invest in them. We're hiring a dedicated RN Clinical Lead for our
Inpatient Post Surgical ward, who will play a crucial role in
managing nursing care plans, overseeing patient care operations and
mentoring staff within a faith-based, innovative environment. This

compassionate service. Oversee the nursing staff and patient care
operations for the post-surgical unit. Develop and implement
patient care plans in alignment with hospital protocols. Ensure all
staff adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Train,
mentor, and provide feedback to nursing staff to ensure
high-quality care and professional development. Monitor patient
recovery and adjust care plans as necessary. Coordinate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient
needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Facilitate
communication amongst caregivers and between caregivers and
families to ensure comprehensive understanding of treatment plans.
Manage departmental logistics, including staffing schedules,
patient admissions, and discharge planning. Proven ability to lead
and manage healthcare teams. Strong clinical skills in
post-surgical care management. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in using healthcare management
software and systems. Ability to train and educate nursing staff on
latest health care practices and technology. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of employment.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Leadership for Health
Professionals (optional but preferred).
