Verify prescriptions and check for accuracy and interactions Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants, ensuring compliance with all regulations Maintain precise records of all medications in accordance with state laws and company policies Provide prompt responses to patient medication inquiries Ensure the integrity of all medications before they are distributed Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage medication inventory efficiently Strong knowledge of pharmacological terminology and medication management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficient in using pharmaceutical technology and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and active pharmacist license in the state of employment Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program preferred
