Position Overview: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health The RN will
deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, adhering
to the relevant scope and standards for behavioral health patients.
This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to
foster a safe, therapeutic environment and achieve high-quality
outcomes. Implement care plans, which include administering
medications, collecting specimens, providing clinical treatments,
and performing other medical tasks. Accurately document patient
care in a timely manner. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and their
families. Assist patients with daily living activities, including
hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility. Essential
Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in nursing is
required Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred License: Must
hold a current RN license to practice in Kentucky Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Equal Employment
