Progressive Care Unit Overview: The Clinical Supervisor for the
Progressive Care Unit is responsible for overseeing the delivery of
patient care, requiring a valid RN license along with 3 to 5 years
of nursing experience in a hospital setting. This role necessitates
strong clinical expertise, relevant certifications such as ACLS and
TNCC, and excellent communication skills to effectively lead
nursing staff. The position provides a comprehensive benefits

purpose with us! Position Overview: Education: Completion of an
accredited nursing program. Licensure: Active RN license issued by
the relevant State Board of Nursing. Experience: 3 to 5 years of
nursing experience in a hospital environment. Certifications: Must
possess an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or
complete the necessary course during the probationary period.
Certifications in TNCC, ACLS, and either ENPC or PALS are required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Exhibits strong interpersonal and
communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
proficiency in electronic communication. Demonstrates clinical
proficiency in patient care. Capable of assessing data and guiding
staff in delivering the appropriate level of care. Executes
responsibilities while embodying the organization's philosophy of
skills, knowledge, and abilities. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s
