You will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinate patient care with various departments. In our medical-surgical ICU, we encounter a diverse range of patients and diagnoses, providing numerous educational opportunities for our staff. The TCU cares for acutely ill patients who are either transitioning from ICU or are not yet at the point of requiring ICU care. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing regulations.
