Position Summary: This full-time RN-Specialty role involves

RN-Specialty provides professional nursing care to patients in the
medical practice under the guidance of physicians. This role
includes assisting physicians in patient treatment and completing
necessary clinical documentation. The individual in this position
is expected to embody the organization’s philosophy of caring for

significant human issues within their responsibilities. A caring,
friendly, and professional demeanor is expected when interacting
with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues. Additional

Completion of an accredited nursing program. Familiarity with
nursing principles, care procedures, examination techniques, and
treatment room protocols. Understanding of medications and their
effects, patient education strategies, self-care program
development, and safety practices. Certifications: A current and
valid state nursing license. CPR certification is required or must
be obtained within 90 days of employment. Other Skills, Knowledge,
and Abilities: Proficiency in assisting with and performing various
medical treatments and procedures. Ability to remain calm and
effective in emergency situations. Must be capable of interpreting,
adapting, and applying guidelines and policies. Strong
communication skills are essential for establishing and maintaining
effective relationships with patients, staff, and the public. Basic
computer skills are required, or the ability to learn these skills
to access information and input clinical data. Must be able to
operate equipment typically associated with the clinic's specialty.
