Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Fort Smith, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,942 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: Caring for level 3 NICU infants including: High Frequency vents Conventional vents CPAP NIMV HFNC Nitric Whole body cooling OG/NG/PO feedings UAC UVC PICC PIV Attending high risk deliveries Attending all cesarean section deliveries Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our NICU department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a level 3 or 4 NICU setting. You will be responsible for caring for critically ill infants. The patient ratios depend on patient acuity and can be up to 3 feeders, 2 on CPAP, 1 on nitric, and 1 cooling. There may be a possibility of floating to mother-baby or pediatrics, but this is unlikely due to high census. The unit is equipped to handle a variety of complex cases and utilizes advanced medical equipment. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are essential.
