(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A specialized role is
available for an experienced First Assistant, offering an
opportunity to support surgical teams in a dynamic operating room
environment. This position requires a certified professional with a
strong background in surgical technology and first assist
capabilities, primarily focusing on orthopedic procedures. The role
involves working alongside surgeons to ensure smooth and efficient
operative care. Location: Clarksville, Tennessee Clarksville offers

larger metropolitan areas. Key Qualifications and Desired
Experience: First Assistant Certification (NBSTA) required Graduate
of Surgical Technician School with a minimum of 2 years experience
as a surgical scrub tech Proven first assist experience in the
operating room BLS certification mandatory Ability to work without
floating or block scheduling constraints Schedule and
Responsibilities: Day shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts per week (06:45 -
17:15) Call duties twice per week (17:00 - 19:00) and one overnight
call per week (17:00 - 07:00) Weekend call every 6 weeks (Friday
17:00 through Monday 07:00) One holiday shift required during the
assignment Providing first assist support during surgeries in a
12-bed facility with a 1:1 patient ratio Additional Information:
Scrubs will be provided Use of electronic medical records system
(Cerner) required Submission requires complete candidate

more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered This contract
