In this role, you will employ the nursing process to deliver
patient care under the guidance of licensed professionals
authorized by a State regulatory board to prescribe treatments and
medications, or under the supervision of a Registered Professional
Nurse (RN). You will be professionally accountable for the care
provided to your assigned patients and will coordinate care in
collaboration with various departments, ensuring the protection of
patient rights and confidentiality. Position Overview: Our
Medical-Surgical Service Line provides a vibrant setting where you
can gain experience across eight specialty units, catering to
patients with diverse diagnoses and needs. These units assist
individuals preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical
procedures, allowing you to develop a robust foundation in a
variety of clinical skills. While you will have a designated home
unit, we emphasize cross-training to enhance your expertise and
confidence in managing patients with different conditions,
comorbidities, and procedures. Whether you are a recent graduate
eager to start your nursing journey or an experienced LPN seeking
new challenges and growth, our Medical-Surgical department is an
ideal environment for you to flourish. Incentives: Stay Premium

available. Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited
practical nursing program or equivalent experience with appropriate
licensure. Licensure: Must hold a current LPN license in the state
of practice and fulfill all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be necessary
depending on the unit (such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and
