In this role, you will oversee clinical supervision and performance
management within designated patient care areas by coordinating and
guiding the efforts of healthcare professionals, including
registered nurses, charge nurses, licensed practical nurses, and
certified nursing assistants. You will assist in the overall
administration of the patient care unit as directed by the Clinical
Director, fostering an environment that nurtures both professional
nurses and staff. Your responsibilities will be carried out in

Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited
nursing program; a BSN or related BS/MS is preferred. Licensure:
Must hold a current license from the relevant state Board of
Nursing. Experience: A minimum of four (4) years in a clinical
specialty or a related field is preferred. Must be capable of
applying management principles, supervising colleagues, teaching,
enhancing performance, and managing budgets (required). Basic
computer proficiency, including data entry, Windows, and MS Office,
is required. Certifications: Must possess a current Basic Life
Support Certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
certification from an American Heart Association-approved program.
Other: To ensure patient safety, all licensed personnel providing
direct patient care must successfully complete a medication and
math competency assessment before taking on medication
administration duties. This assessment will evaluate knowledge of
commonly used medications, their effects, and mathematical skills
related to correct dosages and IV issues. We Provide Excellent
