Position Details: SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs Minimum of 1 Year Experience Required NO CONTRACT REQUIRED Med Surg Overview: Our Med Surg Service Line consists of eight specialized units, offering exposure to diverse patient populations with a wide array of diagnoses and care requirements. These units cater to patients who are either preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical procedures. While you will have a designated "home unit," we provide cross-training among various specialties to ensure a robust foundational understanding of different patient conditions, comorbidities, and procedures. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Must possess an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course during the probationary period.
