Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: No • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • Years of Experience: 2 years • Float Requirements: Yes, as needed Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 16 • Patient Ratios: 4:1 • Equipment: Philips bedside monitors • EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: Must have experience with Post CV Surgeries, Post Stroke, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient • Preferred Skillset/Experience: ICU • Type of Patients on Unit: Post Op/ CV/ Neuro/ Full Stroke, Respiratory, Stepdown, ICU, etc. HCCR(NJ) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
