Overview of the Dedicated Orientation Unit: Are you eager to

Orientation Unit at our new facility is an 18-bed unit dedicated to
equipping newly hired caregivers with essential skills for success.
We aim to assemble a team of enthusiastic nurses who are passionate
about education, patient care, and implementing best practices.
This unit will cater to Medical Telemetry patients with a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1. Each nurse will mentor two newly
hired caregivers. By joining our Dedicated Orientation Unit, you

enhancing your leadership abilities for your own career
advancement! Position Highlights: *SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE* $10,000
Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs with a Minimum of 1 Year of
Experience (NO CONTRACT REQUIRED) Incentives: Sign-On Bonus of up
to $10,000 for nurses with 1 years of experience in select
departments. Relocation Assistance available up to $3,000 according
to policy. Stay Premium Program offering up to $8/hour based on
years of service. Education Assistance: Loan Forgiveness of up to
$20,000 for new graduate nurses. Tuition Reimbursement of $2,000
annually. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
starting on day one. Paid Time Off and Vacation Time.
Employer-Matched Retirement Plans. Shift Differentials available.
New Increased Weekend Differential: $7.50 for RNs / $5.50 for LPNs.
Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited
nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing
requirements. Experience: A minimum of three years of nursing
experience is required. Preferred Experience: Previous mentoring or
precepting experience is advantageous, along with a background in
medical-surgical nursing. Certifications: Must possess an American
Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course
during the probationary period. ACLS and BLS certifications are
required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Benefits We
