In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver patient
care under the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by a
State regulatory board to prescribe treatments and medications, or
under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You
will be accountable for the quality of care provided to your
assigned patients and will collaborate with various departments to
coordinate patient care effectively. Position Overview: Minimum
Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited practical
nursing program; equivalent educational experience and successful
licensure may also be considered. Licensure: You are responsible
for obtaining and maintaining a valid LPN license in the state
where you will perform nursing duties, adhering to all State Board
of Nursing regulations. Experience: Open to both new and seasoned
LPNs. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the
American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30
days of employment. Note: Depending on the specific position or
unit, additional certifications may be required within a designated
timeframe, including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six
Assessment & Care Modules Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and
walking for the majority of the shift, along with considerable
bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and turn patients with
assistance. You should be capable of pushing, pulling, or gripping
weights up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred
