Clinical Supervisor ensures units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care. Clinical Supervisor is proactively involved in patient flow and bed management issues. Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. License: Current RN licensure within state of practice or current RN temporary work permit in state of practice. Certification: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Experience: 3 years' work experience in a hospital setting. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certification: Nursing Specialty Certification. Experience: 5 years working in a hospital setting; prior management Why Mercy?
