Pay Information $2,020 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have Skills/Experience: Caring for level 3 NICU infants. Experience with high-frequency vents. Experience with conventional vents. Experience with CPAP, NIMV, and HFNC. Experience with Nitric. Experience with whole body cooling. Familiarity with OG/NG/PO feedings. Experience with UAC, UVC, and PICC lines. Participation in high-risk deliveries. Attendance at all cesarean section deliveries. Description: This position requires caring for neonates in an intensive care setting. The unit has a mix of 25 beds plus overflow on the pediatric floor. Patient ratios depend on acuity levels, typically involving feeders and respiratory support. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in a high-acuity environment. Candidates should be prepared to travel if needed, but floating to other units is infrequent. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
