  • DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of Arkansas
    
  • Clinical knowledge and skills to practice comprehensive dentistry
    
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
    
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
