**RN Job Opportunity**

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience in a no-contract environment.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Service Line. Our team provides care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and care needs, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in various specialties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in cross-training programs to expand knowledge and skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

**Unit Details**

* Observation Unit: 18-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1 and UAP-to-patient ratio of 9:1
* Patient population: wide variety of patients, including cardiac and osteomyelitis cases
* Great unit for new grads or those looking for a lower-acuity environment

**Qualifications**

* Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
* Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
* American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within probationary period
* ACLS and BLS certifications or completion within 90 days of hire
