This role requires willingness for regional travel to 4 states:
Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico
As a team member of our HouseCalls product, we provide annual
clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes.
This important preventive care helps identify and reduce health
risks for patients, in addition to coordinating appropriate
follow-up care to improve health and well-being. The Traveler Nurse
Practitioner assignments will be defined based on current business
needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is
$88,000 to $173,200 per year. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
