CorTech is seeking to hire a RN - Neuro Stepdown for our client in Fort Smith, AR!

$72.41/Hour
Shift: 3x12hr. Nights and Weekends 7pm-7am
Community/Campus: Central

Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
Licensure: Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.

Working Condition, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time on duty. Meet unit specific demands. Significant amount of bending and stooping as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts days of the week according to patient care assignments. Physical demands include push/pull and grip up to 50 pounds.

ACLS - required
NIHSS - required
BLS - required

FLU & COVID - Must be fully vaccinated to start
General Comments
Certifications: CPR, ACLS, NIH, dysrhythmia

Other: To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math regarding correct dosages and IV problems. The passing grade on this exam is 90% and it may be repeated one time. Failure to pass the retake may result in termination of employment
