ED18 months to 2 years experience, not 1st travel position, TNCC, BLSCOVID PATIENT CARE IS LIKELY AND REQUIREDFLOATING IS REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS18 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIREDNO SPECIFIC START DATES, AS SOON AS TRAVELER IS CREDENTIALED, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO STARTEPIC EMR EXPERIENCE WITHIN LAST 6 MONTHSRadius Rule is 75 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 75 miles of the facility. Please include a perm address on the profile for all submissions. Baptist On Call and Call Back policy as of 8.5.18: Call Back hours will not be deducted from On Call hours. Contract employees will be paid the entire scheduled On Call shift even if Call Back time is incurred. Baptist is requiring all agency staff to get the COVID Vaccine or provide a medical or religious exemption form. Please include this information upon submission.
