Quality Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas.Job Description & Requirements

We want to reward you for giving us a chance, so when you sign for your first assignment (of 13 weeks or more) with us from now until August 31st we will include a $1,000 bonus on your first paycheck.Minimal requirements/experience:2 years ICUVentilator management (basic troubleshooting, suctioning, care)vasopressor, antidysrhythmic, and insulin drip titrationBasic ICU skills to include tracheostomy, chest tube, arterial lines, CVC, therapeutic hypothermia care/managementNot required but preferred: IABP and LVAD (impella) experienceNIHSS, ACLS, BLSStaff expectationsFloat to all areas - Cardiac Step-down/Intermediate ICU 12 beds, CVICU (will not take open heart/valve post op day 1), ICU, and COVID ICU.Participate in all unit projects- will detail on site.Base schedule is every other weekend but may change depending on unit needs. Will not schedule every weekend unless requestedAny guaranteed requested days off must be requested in contract but will work with nurses on site using our existing time off requests.Basic detailsNurse patient ratio: ICU 2:3-1, Step down/ IMC 4:5-112 hour shifts 0 / 1Must clock in and out for lunch breakTeam lead on site 24 hoursQuality Nurses Job ID #m232407.
