Description Summary: Direct the planning, organization, and
management of pharmacy services at the system and care site level.
This position will have acute care pharmacy operations
responsibility for the following care sites: Mansfield, Marion
General, Hardin and Shelby Hospital. Each director may have a
distinct scope of practice and span of control (see position
specifics section) but they all will serve together to support the
overall system execution of pharmacy services throughout the
organization. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Required),
Master's DegreeOPL - Ohio Pharmacists License - Ohio Board of
PharmacyLicensed Pharmacist (Ohio) or reciprocity eligible. Holding
an advanced degree(MBA, MS Pharmacy, or MHA), Hospital Pharmacy
Residency certificate or equivalent experience is desirable.KIND
AND LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE
Five plus--years experience in health care management.
Ohio Licensed PharmacistField of Study: Pharmacy with advanced
business degree or 5+ Director responsibilityYears of Experience 5+
