Overview: Mercy Float Pool offers opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new and challenging assignments, and give you the opportunity to pass on skills and knowledge to others. The RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: ICU, Telemetry, Medsurg, Emergency Department, pediatrics, post partum, ACC, GI lab, HS, Behavioral Health and pre/post cath recovery as needed. The RN will float to each department as needed and will be prepared to float to a new department at any time during their shift.
