The Account Manager position is expected to grow and retain H.B.
Fuller's market share and customer base in key market segments
while achieving profit sales targets. This Account Manager role is
great opportunity for a high performance candidate to advance their
career by demonstrating their ability to manage one of the largest
& most complex territories in the Packaging & Converting Business.
The territory is ideal for someone that s interested in taking on
the challenges associated with a large revenue base (over 10
million +) comprised of large complex customers in a variety of
markets including Tissue and Towel, Multi-Wall Bag and
The majority of accounts in this territory are located in Arkansas
& the balance are in Louisiana. Arkansas is the preferred base
location and Fayetteville, AR was ranked by US News as one of the
top 5 places to live in the US.
A successful Account Manager has the following skills:
* Demonstrates an ability to communicate and influence at all
* Technically competent and independently able to manage
demonstrations and technical problem-solving;
* Focused on growth (larger opportunities), and optimizing price
* Accountable for delivering results; and
* Ability to train & mentor entry / new sales roles
* 4 year college degree, with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or
chemistry background preferred
* 5+ years of relevant sales experience; Related industry and B2B
experience, preferably with a chemistry background.
* Must have a valid driver s license and be willing to travel.
* Travel time depends on size/geography of the territory but
estimated at least 50% mostly within a 2-state region.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
