Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Channel Marketing Lead and operating as
part of the regional marketing team, the EMEA Channel Marketing
Manager will be responsible for delivering the channel marketing
strategy in the EMEA region. The first channel marketing role in
EMEA, this person will play a key role in advancing our Channel
program, supporting both the needs of partners and their
initiatives while helping drive awareness for the channel business
and attract new partners as we expand. This role will be part of
the UK based marketing and channel teams, and operate as part of
the wider extended global teams. The success of this position
relies heavily on the ability to leverage both internal
stakeholders and partners to deliver results. The ideal candidate
will have first-class interpersonal skills, experience working with
multiple stakeholders (including external agencies) and ability to
work cross functionally and across time zones. Enthusiasm together
with experience when it comes to managing campaigns and programs
that help our partners be successful is a must. You will: Support
partners with campaign/asset coordination to help them hit their
Smartsheet targets Deliver Smartsheet hosted partner events (such
as the annual Smartsheet Aligned Conference) together with
end-to-end coordination for third party Channel events in the
region Work with agency and internal teams to amplify partner
activities and case studies via our PR and our social media
channels, as relevant Work with marketing, channel sales & strategy
team to understand unique needs of the business globally and
translate these needs into actionable Co-Marketing and Co-Selling
campaigns to be executed through and with Smartsheet Aligned
partners. Build strong relationships with channel sales team both
within the region and globally Have responsibility for MDF
Compliance per guidelines, rules and Regulations Participate in
annual and quarterly regional planning and reviews Contribute to a
world class global Channel Marketing team by sharing knowledge,
metrics and learnings with counterparts across regions Maintain
responsibility for budget tracking/management for all channel
marketing initiatives Design and implement metrics to measure
business growth, partner effectiveness, and ROI Ensure tracking and
reporting of all programs and initiatives - tracking ROI and
partner effectiveness You have: Bachelors degree in Marketing is
preferred 5+ years of channel marketing experience Salesforce
experience Exceptional communication skills Experience developing
and deploying marketing content and campaigns working with channel
and through partners Proactive, self-starter, with high energy and
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong
organisational skills and attention to detail Prior experience at a
technology company is highly desirable Ability to work in a small
team environment, but also work effectively with the broader EMEA
business and all cross-organisational functions. Willing to travel
periodically based on business need German, French or Spanish
language skills will be a strong plus but not required Perks &
